Sorry but a little bit of legalese

  1. The Manuals Library consists of a collection of downloadable Installation and Servicing manuals currently aimed primarily at, but in no way limited to, the heating and plumbing trades.
  2. Membership period is for a full period of 12 months from date of joining, or renewing, if current subscription has expired. Where renewal is carried out prior to current subscription period ending the renewal period continues from where the current subscription period ends.
  3. While there are no limits imposed as to how many computers The Manuals Library can be accessed from it is however only possible to access the library from one at a time. If when you attempt to log in while another computer is also accessing the library that user will be automatically logged out.
  4. All the manuals contained on the site, unless otherwise indicated, are electronic copies of the manufacturers’ original manual and that the copyright of them remains at all times with the respective manufacturer.
  5. Each PDF file consists of manufacturers Installation & Servicing Manuals together with any User Guides and various supplements we currently hold for the respective models. Although there is no guarantee these are present in any specific manual our 'File Detail' page will show what extra data is included. The files will be updated to include any supplementary information we obtain in the future.
  6. You acknowledge that The Manuals Library holds the copyright to most other parts of the site, including the knowledge-base, and accept that action will be taken if any of these parts of the site are reproduced in any way without our prior written consent.
  7. No liability for supplying an incorrect manual will rest with The Manuals Library nor any of its staff or representatives. Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy when referencing manuals against a particular brand or model but it is the responsibility of the person downloading, and subsequently using, a manual to ensure it is the correct one for the appliance being worked on.
  8. Note Any personal information, including email addresses etc, will be used ONLY in the administration of the library and will never be revealed to anyone. (The exception being of course should we be required to reveal anything under a legal Court Order.)
  9. We use the WorldPay Secure Online Payment System and are NEVER passed any credit card details. We are only given name and address details plus confirmation of a successfully payment.
    IF your card is declined for any reason we can only suggest you check with your card issuer as we are NEVER informed of any reasons why.
  10. Your card statement will show the charge in the name of The Manuals Library.
  11. There will be no limits as to when, nor how many, manuals are downloaded in fact no records exist containing this information. There are however automatic, inbuilt, IP checks to reduce account sharing.
  12. Because we make every effort to show all makes and models that are currently available for downloading, the nature of the product offered (and because no records are compiled of files that members actually downloads), plus we offer the facility of requesting manuals you cannot find, we regret that we have always maintained a policy of no refunds once payment has been made. It is your responsibility to ensure The Manuals Library is suitable for your purpose before making payment.
